1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with CarAI.tools. If our AI analysis fails to identify obvious damage or if you are unhappy with the quality of a report, you are eligible for a full refund of the credits used or the purchase amount.

2. How to Request a Refund

We have built a self-serve refund system directly into your dashboard:

  1. Go to your Dashboard > Transactions.
  2. Find the transaction you wish to refund.
  3. Click the Request Refund button within 30 days of purchase.
  4. The refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.

3. Refund Impact on Credits

When a refund is processed:

  • The funds are returned to your bank card (usually takes 5-10 business days).
  • The corresponding credits are deducted from your account balance.
  • If you have already used the credits, your account balance may become negative.

4. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds or ban accounts in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated refunds after utilizing the service).
